Offline Transaction Execution
Step 1: Buyer Quotation
The recycling party releases scrap material details (category, specifications, quantity, storage location) via online platforms or targeted invitations. Interested buyers submit a Quotation Sheet (including unit price, total price, settlement method, and transportation responsibility). The recycling party comprehensively evaluates price rationality and buyer’ qualifications (e.g., business license, recycling permits) to shortlist 3-5 candidate buyers for the next step.
Step 2: Professional Customer Service Follow-Up
A dedicated customer service representative conducts 1-on-1 follow-ups with shortlisted buyers. Key actions include: verifying the validity of buyer’ qualifications, negotiating details (e.g., impurity deduction rules, loading/unloading responsibilities, pickup time), syncing progress updates, and finalizing a Letter of Intent (LOI) to lock in core terms (price, quantity, timeline, liabilities).
Step 3: Offline Transaction Execution
On the agreed date, the buyer arrives at the designated site (warehouse/stockyard). The recycling party completes scrap sorting, packaging, weighing/counting, and issues a Handover Checklist. After on-site verification (quantity accuracy within ±2% tolerance, quality inspection), the buyer settles payment (via bank transfer/cash). Both parties sign a Transaction Completion Confirmation, transferring ownership of the scrap. The recycling party archives all transaction documents (quotations, LOI, handover lists, payment records) for compliance and traceability.
